Vaccine Shortages Leaves Many Frustrated

As Mayor Bill de Blasio says that the city is on pace to run out of vaccine dosages by next week, many in the area are growing frustrated over the lack of supply and the confusion surrounding how to go about getting one of the potentially life-saving shots. NBC New York’s Adam Harding reports.
