Survivors of e-bike crashes call for new regulations in NYC

There is new scrutiny for e-bikes in NYC, as the vehicles have been the cause of hundreds of fires across the city. But a new push for safety changes doesn’t focus on what’s in the bikes, but rather who is riding them. NBC New York’s Andrew Siff reports.
