Stepmother Sentenced to 25 to Life in Valva Freezing Death

There was grim applause after a judge delivered a scathing rebuke and hard time to Angela Pollina for causing the cruel, painful death of 8-year-old stepson Thomas Valva. Prosecutors called her crime a “horror movie,” while the judge called Pollina “evil” before sentencing her to 25 years to life. Greg Cergol reports.
