States Rollback Reopenings as COVID Cases Surge

States that are seeing a spike in coronavirus cases are backtracking on some of their reopenings, as Texas and Florida have closed down bars, and Miami-Dade County in the Sunshine State will close beaches over Fourth of July weekend. NBC New York’s Adam Harding reports.
