Staff Shortages Force Long Island Emergency Room to Close

Mt. Sinai South Nassau officials said they were forced to close the hospital’s emergency room after losing six dozen employees on Monday, all of whom were unvaccinated against COVID and not allowed to continue working under the state’s health care mandate. NBC New York’s Greg Cergol reports.
