‘I Don't Know If It Was 100% Clean': Backstroker Murphy Stirs Controversy

After winning a silver medal in the men’s 200m backstroke, U.S. swimmer Ryan Murphy said he wasn’t sure the race was “100 percent clean.” Murphy came in just behind Russian swimmer Evgeny Rylov. Murphy said he did congratulate Rylov and was not making any allegations.
