Cleveland Indians Remove Team Name From Stadium

Cleveland took another step toward its transition away from a Native American mascot this week as it took down the Indians name from on top of its scoreboard. Cleveland’s baseball team has been renamed the Guardians, a name it will begin using starting with the 2022 season.
