Security Preps for Toned-Down New Year's Eve in Times Square

Due to COVID protocols in place, Friday night’s celebration is going to look very different from years past. In addition to plenty of security on hand, there will be checkpoints for COVID precautions. NBC New York’s Marc Santia reports.
