Couples still looking to have weddings in New York still have to navigate some heavy COVID restrictions — some of which make sense, but others appear to be arbitrary, which has many grooms- and brides-to-be (as well as wedding venues) asking for changes. NBC New York’s Pei-Sze Cheng reports.
