Penn Station Set to Close Overnights, As NYC Streets Open to Pedestrians

AMtrak made the decision to close part of the transit ub for deep cleaning, which will go along with the MTA closing subway stations roughly during the same hours. But opening up to pedestrians and bicyclists will be seven miles of NYC streets starting Saturday. NBC New York’s Ray Villeda reports.
