Partial Shutdown on FDR Drive After Carjacking, Crashes

In 45 minutes of mayhem, a woman allegedly stole three vehicles before crashing in Lower Manhattan. It all started on the Upper East Side, and ended up striking nearly 20 cars before crashing. NBC New York’s Myles Miller reports.
