Owner of Ransacked Bronx Business Wants Teens Caught But Not Charged

Three teenage kids were caught on camera ransacking and stealing from stores at the Arthur Avenue Retail Market in the Bronx. One business owner says he recognized the kids who stole from him but he wants to help them, not have them punished. NBC New York’s Ida Siegal reports.
