Off-Duty NYPD Officer Shoots Gunman

An off-duty officer says a man with a gun tapped on his window before he could pull out of a Brooklyn parking lot. Moments later, the officer was dodging bullets and firing shots. Myles Miller reports from Canarsie with more on what led up to the confrontation.
