NYC schools hit tech snag during first fully remote snow day

Because of the storm, nearly a million students we’re told to switch to online learning for the first time since the pandemic. But thousands couldn’t log in to access their teachers and classes, frustrating students, parents and some lawmakers. NBC New York’s Chris Glorioso reports.
