NYC Releases Winter Outdoor Dining Guidelines

Restaurants in New York City looking to continue outdoor dining into the chillier fall and even winter months got good news from Mayor Bill de Blasio: Heating devices can be used to help keep customers warm as they enjoy a meal. NBC New York’s Katherine Creag reports.
