NYC Man Attempted to Join ISIS, Tried to Help Undercover Agent Get to Syria

He tried to travel to the Middle East to join ISIS on at least two occasions, but was blocked each time by British authorities, according to a criminal complaint. News 4 Chief Investigative Reporter Jonathan Dienst reports.
