NYC Council could override ‘How Many Stops' Act veto

On Tuesday, the New York City Council could override Mayor Eric Adams’ veto on what is called the ‘How Many Stops’ Act. It requires the NYPD to log all public interactions, which advocates say supports transparency, but critics say it creates too much paperwork. And now police bodycam video of a well-known city councilman being pulled over this weekend is adding heat to the debate. NBC New York’s Andrew Siff reports.
