NYC Approves Reckless Driving Crackdown

New York City Council approved the new law called the Dangerous Vehicle Bill, which targets thousands of drivers who are repeat red light or speed camera offenders. A study showed that the top percent of those offenders were responsible for the lion’s share of traffic deaths and injuries in the city. NBC New York’s Adam Kuperstein reports.
