NJ Family's Van Towed Away With Baby Inside

The father put his 1-year-old child in the car, and went back inside to get his other young child when the tow truck came and took the car away. The infant was stuck in the car at the impound lot for just under an hour before being saved. NBC New York’s Pat Battle reports.
