New York's marijuana licensing system is failing those trying to do it right

Governor Hochul has slashed some of the red tape in order for legal cannabis shops to open, but professionals in the industry say the New York State Office of Cannabis Management is still not doing enough. NBC New York’s Myles Miller reports.
