Watch: Pursuit Ends With a Hug and Kiss

A driver and passenger embraced and kissed before they were taken into custody Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018, after a pursuit the ended in Montebello, California. The driver collided with another car at an intersection and drove on the U-Haul truck’s rims during the pursuit, which passed through several communities south of downtown Los Angeles.
