Sleep and the Holidays

The holiday season is an exciting time of the year. With it come parties, food, shopping and traveling. Unfortunately financial burdens, family conflicts and other stresses play a major role in keeping people from falling asleep and staying asleep. ‘Tis the season for insomnia. Luckily, there are behavioral strategies such as good sleep hygiene and sleep medications that can improve sleep during the holidays.
