Developer Richard Fiore and his wife, designer Laura Bohn, merged their talents to transform a classic Manhattan bank into a modern living space that includes condos and their own penthouse. The historic space underwent a sleek update, adding levels and rooms where there had been none, but not without giving design nods to the building’s first life.
