A 19-year-old student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology hopes to be the youngest person to fly solo around the world, NBC News reported. Matt Guthmiller looks to kick off his 26,000 mile journey on Thursday, a trip that will take around five weeks to complete and could land him in the book of Guinness World Records. Guthmiller has to finish his journey by July 24 to beat the record, which is currently held by Australian Ryan Campbell.
