Getting Saucy with Mommy Choi

If you’re an Angeleno, a foodie, or into pop culture, then you’re well aware of Roy Choi, founder of the Kogi Korean taco truck, A-Frame, Sunny Spot, and Pot at the Line Hotel. The restaurateur known as Papi Chulo is everywhere, except in his mother’s kitchen.
