Las Vegas Hotel Implosion Goes Dark

A building implosion that took place in Las Vegas early Tuesday morning didn’t go quite as planned. Crews were set to implode the taller of two towers at the Riviera. It was time for the big moment, but after the first charges blew the flood lights cut off, and the implosion happened in the dark leaving spectators perplexed. Other angles of the implosion provided a little better look as the building came down. There is no word as to why the flood lights cut off.
