ICE Arrest at Courthouse Stokes Concern From Defense Attorneys

Defense attorneys are concerned and unsure how to best represent undocumented clients after an undocumented man was arrested at a Texas courthouse. Juan Carlos Coronilla-Guerroro was arrested at the Travis County Courthouse on March 3, 2017, when he showed up for a pre-trial hearing on charges of assault causing injury – family violence and possession of less than two ounces of marijuana.
