Horse Airlifted to Safety

In southern California, a horse got some help from the area’s first responders when it was airlifted to safety. Rescuers worked to harness the horse and airlifted it to a clearing where rescuers were able to provide further assistance. A veterinarian was on hand to sedate the horse while it was harnessed. The nature of the horse’s injury and the cause are not known.
