High School Students Help Puppy

A group of high school students in New York are wheeling for answers as they hope to help a puppy walk. Claire, a Havanese puppy, was born with a birth defect that affects her ability to walk. Christopher Lallier’s Drawing and Engineering class at Oriskany High School are desiging and building a custom wheelchair for the pup.
