A Downtown Loft Filled with Unique Pieces

We’re in SoHo at the live/work space of furniture designer Sam Jaradeh. This was a wide-open 6,000-square-foot space with tons of original detail that he completely reimagined. And what wasn’t already there he added to with plenty of dramatic flair, including his own custom furnishings.
