CT Family Turns Craft Project Into Community Fundraiser

The Rutledge family of Simsbury, Conn., decided to make a sign for their front yard to thank essential workers during the pandemic – then the requests from neighbors started rolling in. The family of five has now made almost 1,000 signs and raised $11,000 in donations to help make PPE for nearby medical facilities.
