Bungee Jumper Rescued After Over 20 Minutes Stuck Upside-Down

A bungee jumper at the Ventura County Fair in Oxnard, California, was stuck upside-down and dangling for more than 20 minutes before rescue workers brought him down after a mechanical failure on the ride. Two others were stuck in a cage awaiting their turn and had to be rescued.
