‘Bird-Flipping' Delegate Defends Making Obscene Gesture During DNC Roll Call

Hawaii delegate Chelsea Lyons Kent is defending her decision to make an obscene gesture on national television during the roll call vote at the Democratic National Convention on Tuesday, July 27, 2016. She was eventually dismissed from the delegation. KHNL’s Mileka Lincoln reports.
