10-Year-Old Boy Leads Police on Chase

The Ohio State Highway Patrol has released trooper dash cam video of a high speed chase with a 10-year-old. The boy accused of stealing his mother’s car from their home led highway patrol officers on a chase that at one point reached up to 100 mph. Troopers who took him into custody say he kicked one in the shin and spit on two others. The boy was not harmed.
