NAACP files federal lawsuit against NYC's congestion pricing plan

A new group is joining the calls to stop the MTA’s congestion pricing plan from taking effect — something that’s slated to begin in just a few months. The NAACP is backing legal action to block the plan to charge drivers entering Manhattan below 61st Street. NBC New York’s Andrew Siff reports.
