Manhattan Church Shooter Planned to Take Hostages, Note Says

In a note found in his pocket, the gunman voiced his anger at the “U.S. regime which has committed robbery and more against the people of Latin America,” and planned to take hostages but not hurt any unless his demands were not met. NBC New York’s Jonathan Dienst reports.
