Why Snowstorm Was Complicated Forecast

Monday’s storm dumped nearly 30 inches of snow on parts of our area, but turned out to be less severe than expected in New York City, where blizzard warnings prompted mass transit and highway shutdowns. Janice Huff explains why this storm was an especially complicated one to forecast.
