Who is Investigating Cause of NJ Deck Collapse?

When asked for information, the NJ Department of Community Affairs said Wildwood’s Construction Office, along with local police and fire, was leading the investigation into the deck collapse that injured 20 people in September. But that office said it wasn’t conducting an investigation. NBC New York’s Ted Greenberg reports.
