West Side Highway Lowering Speed Limit

The speed limit will go down from 35 mph to 30 mph soon, though drivers won’t be ticketed for breaking that until December, and that’s only if they’re going more than 10 mph over the speed limit. NBC New York’s Andrew Siff reports.
