Victim Of Bias Crime Speaks Out

Staten Island’s latest victim in a string of hate crimes is speaking out.Eighteen-year-old Christian Vazquez says what happened to him could happen to a mother or a father, and maybe the next victim could end up dead. He says he’s scared but not angry.
