Updated Forecast: Blizzard Warning in Effect for NYC, Parts of NJ

A blizzard warning is in effect for the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island and Staten Island from 6 a.m. Sunday to 6 p.m. Monday. Forecasters predict the first major storm of the season could dump 11 to 16 inches on the city, with higher amounts possible in certain areas.
