Trees Housing Parakeets Cut Down, Upsetting Neighbors

A tropical bird that’s accidentally made its home in parts of the area is beloved by some and reviled by others. The South American monk parakeets have been calling Edgewater, N.J., home for decades, but now some of the trees they call home are being cut down, upsetting neighbors. Pat Battle reports.
