Ticks in New Jersey Spread Rare, Deadly Virus

It is a virus so rare, only 34 cases were reported in 2017 in the entire U.S. But the Powassan virus may be to blame for killing on Sussex County man, and making another resident sick. NBC 4 New York’s Brian Thompson reports.
