Thousands of Drivers Speed Past School Bus Stop Signs

Red means ‘stop’ but some drivers don’t get it: 50,000 speed past school buses every day in New York while kids are getting on or off. It’s not only against the law, it’s dangerous — and some say the state needs to do more to stop it. Greg Cergol reports.
