Thousands in Staten Island Lose Power Amid Heat Storms

Around 3,800 Staten Island residents lost power Wednesday night, following a day of intense heat and as powerful storms were moving into the area. It’s the second night in a row the borough has been hit by outages. NBC 4 New York’s Checkey Beckford reports.
