Teen Sex Attack Suspect Should Be Tried in Family Court: Lawyer

The lawyer of the 15-year-old suspect in two sexual assaults in Queens says the boy should be tried in family court, not in criminal court. But prosecutors say the severity of the crimes warrants a criminal court procedure. Chris Glorioso reports.
