Streets of Nyack Submerged After Flash Flood

In a matter of seconds, sidewalks and roads were covered in water following this afternoon’s rain storm. Nearby business owners filmed Mother Nature’s fury while some had to be rescued from the rising waters. Marc Santia reports.
