Still No Water in East Harlem NYCHA Building

Due to a water main break over the weekend, thousands of residents in East Harlem have not had water in their apartments for going on three days. Some residents have been able to go fill up a bucket or gallon of water, but older tenants have had to ask for help. NBC New York’s Gaby Acevedo reports.
