Still No A/C at NYCHA Cooling Centers Ahead of Heat Wave

As the temperatures continue to rise, more people will be relying on the cooling centers to beat the heat — but a number of those centers still don’t have any air conditioning, putting kids and seniors at risk. NBC 4 New York’s Melissa Russo reports.
