Someone who bought a lottery ticket on Staten Island just hit the jackpot.

The New York Lottery says that a $136 million-winning Powerball ticket was sold at the 7-Eleven on Page Avenue in Richmond Valley.

Saturday's winning numbers were 8, 14, 39, 46 and 47. The Powerball number was 2.

The ticket sold on Staten Island was the only one to match all six numbers in Sunday's drawing. Tickets matching five of six numbers were sold in Florida and Oregon.

The ticketholder has up to a year to claim his or her prize, the lottery said. The winner can choose to claim the jackpot of $136 million over 30 years or as an $88.53 million lump sum payment.

It's the third time in recent months that winning tickets have been sold in New York. In November, a Sullivan County man was the sole winner of a $326 million Mega Millions Jackpot. And in February, a $126 million-winning Mega Millions ticket was also sold in Sullivan County.
